- Are your extinguishers kitemarked?
Yes, all our fire extinguishers are kitemarked (excluding the 1L Foam and 3Kg Powder extinguishers - these are CE Marked however).
- Do Jewel Saffire trade with end-users?
No, we supply to the fire trade. All servicing leads which are generated online / by telephone are distributed through www.FindYourEngineer.co.uk to our customers.
- Do you have your own delivery vans?
Yes, we have our own vans which cover England, Wales & Scotland. Speak to our sales team to see when our van is in your area for delivery / collection service.
- Do you collect and dispose of fire extinguishers including foam and powder extinguishers?
Yes, we do offer this service. There is a charge for this service, please speak to a sales representative to see how we can help you.
- Do you collect Co2 extinguishers?
Yes, we offer a collection and delivery service on Co2s. We also offer a rebate on CO2s (with parallel thread, Aluminium cylinder).
- What delivery services do you offer?
If we send your goods with our couriers you have 2 options for carriage A) Next day delivery and B) 3 day delivery
- What is your delivery charge for next and 3 day service?
Next day delivery is £15.00 irrespective of spend
3 day delivery (if you order is below £500.00) is £10.00 or FREE if you order is above £500.00.
- What is Find Your Engineer?
This is a website which directs end-user servicing leads to the fire trade. Our customers get a discounted membership fee through the association between www.FindYourEngineer.co.uk and Jewel Saffire Products.
